LOCATION DETAILS:

• Register on or BEFORE June 19, 2026.

• Event will be held on the campus of Hardin Simmons University in the Houston-Lantrip Center located at 917 Lineberry Blvd, Abilene, TX 79601. (Just to the north of the Taco Bell located on the corner of Ambler Ave and Pine St.)

• Parking is available with NO PERMIT surrounding the building and in the grassy lot to the northeast across Walnut Street.

• Please bring business cards and copies of your Capabilities Statement with you. The afternoon will be open to networking with the agencies and other vendors, which may provide other subcontracting opportunities for you.
