This is a walk-through of the FAR 52-204.21 and the Proposed CMMC LEVEL 1 being hosted by the U.S. Department of Defense's Defense Acquisition University (DAU). Guest speakers are Kelley Kiernan, Professor of Cybersecurity and Information Protection at DAU, and Tim Kuno, Professor of Cybersecurity at DAU. Kelley is a cybersecurity and small business ecosystem leader, who applies her experience from Industry, NASA, Navy, Air Force and Space Force to pave the way for robust cybersecurity adoption in the acquisition ecosystem. Tim was responsible for the overall cybersecurity for systems developed, acquired and sustained by the Air Combat Electronics Program Office as the Cyber Lead and Information Systems Security Manager for an acquisition program office at Naval Air Systems Command.
