In this webinar, participants will learn about the Army’s small business program. Ms. Kimberly Buehler serves as the Army’s Director for Small Business Programs. In this capacity she provides executive leadership for all aspects of the Army’s small business mission, including advocacy for small businesses, and oversight for over $24 billion dollars of annual spend.
