KIMBERLY BUEHLER. Ms. Kimberly Buehler serves as the Army’s Director for Small Business Programs. In this capacity she provides executive leadership for all aspects of the Army’s small business mission, including advocacy for small businesses, and oversight for over $24 billion dollars of annual spend. Ms. Buehler has worked for the Department of Army for 22 years and is a Level III certified contracting professional.
