Some low dollar commercial purchase are not required to be put out for bid, instead, they are made at the discretion of the departments and charged to purchasing cards. You’ll meet Ryan Johnston, Supply Chain Business Manager with Pantex, and learn what types of purchases can and cannot be made on a P-card, thresholds for departments purchasing on a P-card, and the best ways to make sure staff at Pantex is aware of what your small business has to offer.

The quarterly Procurement Luncheon features programs and speakers from local, state, and federal agencies who work closely with small businesses and want to do business with you! This event provides networking opportunities for businesses that may be looking to expand their sales of products and services to government agencies like WTAMU, Amarillo College, CNS Pantex, City of Amarillo, Texas Department of Transportation, and many others.
