Join the Dyess Air Force Base Contracting Command, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Fort Worth District, and the Northwest Texas APEX Accelerator for an exclusive Industry Day at Dyess Air Force Base (DAFB) in Abilene, Texas!
This no-cost, in-person event is your opportunity to learn how to compete for upcoming federal contracts at the base and connect directly with agency representatives seeking qualified vendors across multiple trades.

🍽️ Lunch Break (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM): Attendees may eat at on-base facilities available near the Hangar Center. (Details on options and access will be provided upon registration.)

Important Base Access Notice
🔒 Register by November 28, 2025 to be pre-screened for access to Dyess Air Force Base. Registrations submitted after this date are not guaranteed base entry on event day.

ADDITIONAL BASE ACCESS INFORMATION:
If you register BEFORE November 28, 2025, you will receive an email with further instructions confirming your registration and requesting a reply to the Gate Entry Questionnaire at a later date.
If you register AFTER November 28th, you will NOT be guaranteed base access and understand that you attend at your own risk.
Please plan to arrive at Dyess Air Force Base Visitor Center at least 1 hour early to allow time to get through gate security and screening.
No weapons of any kind are allowed on the base whether in your vehicle or on your person, including concealed carry permit holders.
Persons with outstanding warrants will not be allowed on base.
After you have submitted your Gate Entry Questionnaire, you will be provided with a map denoting the locations of the entry gate, event space and locations to eat lunch on the base.
