Meet the Buyer - Amarillo

Meet the Buyer is THE event for Texas Panhandle area businesses to meet face-to-face with the government contracting professionals and buyers interested in what products or services you sell. Join us for this speed dating opportunity to pitch your business to the participating government agencies - Amarillo ISD, Region 16/TexBuy Purchasing Cooperative, Pantex, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), the NASA Johnson Space Center, and our co-hosts the Northwest Texas APEX Accelerator.

Please submit your Capability Statement in the application below to assist with placement with the agencies looking for business partners like you. Watch your email for a link to sign up for your appointment times. A priority period has been set through April 30th for small businesses who submitted their Capability Statements to sign up for pitch appointment times. After that date, remaining meeting times will be available to all applicants.

This year's Meet the Buyer event is Tuesday, May 19th, and appointments will begin at 9:00 am.
