GEORGE CORNWELL, Cavalry Consulting
George Cornwell worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers in Kansas City for 35 years. During this time, he developed an in-depth understanding of the Federal marketplace – the terminology and the processes for the announcement and selection of contracts for Architect-Engineer Services, construction, design-build, environmental remediation, and other services. Mr. Cornwell chaired nearly one hundred Selection Boards for contract acquisitions of all types: he has read, analyzed, evaluated, and discussed over one thousand proposals for all these different kinds of contracts. The total acquisition value of these contracts is approximately $3.5 billion.
