Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Programs

The SBA’s Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs—collectively known by the acronym SBIR/STTR—are two of the SBA’s least understood programs. We’ll go through the basics of what the SBIR and STTR programs are, who may use them, and what benefits do the programs convey.
