Dr. Nicholson is a published author and national speaker in the public safety field, as well as college faculty for several universities. She has served as the Northern Region PTAC Counselor in West Virginia for over five years. Dr. Nicholson supports small business growth and development in the government marketplace through outreach and education. She is also the owner and President of her own Woman-Owned Small Business, Rescue Me, LLC, providing consulting services, proposal management, and technical writing.
