The 8(a) Program

Each year the Federal Government has a goal of awarding 5% of all of their business to certified 8(a) firms. In fiscal year 2020 that will amount to over 25 billion dollars. Join the Northwest Texas PTAC, as we present an overview of the 8(a) business development program. Attendees will learn about the benefits of being 8(a) certified as well as the qualifications for being certified.  We will discuss the importance of completing the application the right way the first time, as well as delving into some of the more complex issues that arise during the certification process.
