Government contracting law is complex, and the rules aren’t always intuitive. As a result, many contractors make the same legal mistakes, involving everything from completing SAM profiles to calculating small business size to communicating with government contracting officers.
In this webinar, Shane McCall and Nicole Pottroff will unveil the top 21 most common legal mistakes they see contractors make time and time again. You will learn what these common mistakes are and how to avoid them.
Instructors: SHANE MCCALL, Equity Partner at Koprince McCall Pottroff LLC
Shane McCall is an Equity Partner at Koprince McCall Pottroff LLC in Lawrence, Kansas. He focuses on assisting small businesses in their quest to navigate the thicket of federal government contracting. Shane regularly litigates GAO bid protests, as well as size and status protests and appeals before the SBA. He also assists with contract administration issues, including claims and appeals. In the transactional world, Shane works on mentor-protégé agreements, joint venture agreements, subcontracts, and teaming agreements, among other things. He also advises companies on FAR and SBA compliance issues.

Nicole Pottroff is an equity partner at Koprince McCall Pottroff LLC, where she exclusively practices federal government contract law.
