About the event
The SBA’s Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs—collectively known by the acronym SBIR/STTR—are two of the SBA’s least understood programs. We’ll go through the basics of what the SBIR and STTR programs are, who may use them, and what benefits do the programs convey.
Webinar speaker, Matthew Moriarty, has practiced exclusively federal government contracting law since 2015. In 2020 with his partner Matthew Schoonover he founded Schoonover & Moriarty, a law firm dedicated to representing small businesses in the federal government marketplace. His practice includes all legal matters associated with federal contracting from preparing subcontracts to arguing protests before the Court of Federal Claims.
