The mission of the WTX Small Business Summit is to create an annual platform for business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs to gain valuable knowledge and training. The event aims to provide a comprehensive environment where participants can attend educational workshops, receive expert training, and interact with regional resources. The Summit offers valuable insights from local experts in various fields such as accounting, finance, marketing, workforce development, and legal compliance. It serves as a one-stop shop for entrepreneurs and business owners throughout West Texas, allowing them to connect with a wide range of local resources, including financial institutions, marketing firms, and more.

This event is made possible through coordination and partnership with Caprock Business Finance Corporation / South Plains Association of Governments and several regional economic development partners.
